The work consists of basic activities, such as processing purchase invoices and bank bookings, but the ideal candidate also thinks along to optimize our financial processes!

What will you be doing?

You make an important supporting contribution to the finance department and professionalization of the organization-wide AO/IC processes:

• Together with the finance team, you are responsible for the daily processing of purchase invoices and bank bookings;
• In addition, you and the team ensure a correct, timely and complete periodic closing in which possible details are identified in a timely manner, corrected and proposals for improvement are proactively made;
• Analyzing the (monthly) financial results;
• Preparing and supporting the compilation of the statutory annual accounts;
• Preparing and supporting the audit;
• You contribute to the further professionalization and optimization of the AO/IB;
• You support the development and implementation of robust internal control measures, in an automated manner as much as possible.

What do we require?

You are analytically strong and accurate. You have a critical attitude, work in a structured way, are pragmatic and can set priorities:

• At least a completed MBO education, preferably a financial education;
• You have at least 3 year of relevant work experience in a administrative role; 
• You are great at translating developments into financial impact to help the business grow further;
• You are a team player with a proactive approach.
