Datacenter Operations Engineer

We are looking for a Datacenter Operations Engineer for our subsidiary Greenhouse Datacenters. A responsible job in which you take care of the technical infrastructure within our data centers together with a team of four driven technicians. At our location in Naaldwijk we have two operational data centers and a third under construction. In this position you are responsible for the following tasks:

• Performing preventive maintenance on electrical installations, HVAC systems, emergency power supplies and fire alarm systems;
• As a Datacenter Operations Engineer you analyze and resolve malfunctions in the above-mentioned installations;
• Support and guide subcontractors in the performance of their work;
• Preparing work and preparing reports.

What do we require

• MBO + working and thinking level;
• You are (electro) technical;
• Knowledge of data centers is an advantage (electrical and/or cooling technology);
• You are willing to work breakdown services;
• You live within a driving time of 30 minutes from Naaldwijk;
• You are technical, communicative and independent;
• You are not afraid of heights and you do not have an electronic implant (due to working in the vicinity of large transformers and generators);
• A good command of the Dutch and English language.
